Overview

The Site24x7 mobile app brings its observability capabilities to your mobile device, allowing you to stay connected to your IT infrastructure anytime, anywhere. With the app, you can also monitor websites, servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments in real-time. You can monitor real-time metrics for over 500 technologies using visual charts and dashboards while on the go.

Based on your user profile, you can receive instant notifications, easily assign technicians to resolve issues, add comments, analyze the root causes of incidents, track the KPIs of monitored resources, mark maintenance for known alerts, and authenticate remedial actions—all through the Android mobile app.

The Site24x7 mobile app provides availability and performance reports for all monitored resources, including RCA and outage reports. The app is available in light and dark themes, allowing you to customize your experience. Additionally, you can view your monitor's alarm and status with widgets.

The owner uses the app to check the server's live status and confirm the issue. Upon reviewing the RCA report, an unusual increase in resource usage caused by an unstable process is identified. The owner assigns the issue to the appropriate technician for troubleshooting. With Site24x7’s instant alerts, data visualization tools, and remote troubleshooting capabilities, the issue is resolved quickly, reducing downtime and maintaining service reliability—all from a mobile device.

Mobile app feature highlights

  • Multi-account sign-in: Sign in to multiple accounts in the app and switch accounts from the settings. Users can also sign in to different data center accounts.
  • Widgets: Check monitors' status and anomalies from anywhere on the device. The IT Health and Anomaly widgets are now supported on the lock screen, home screen, and control center.
  • Test trigger notifications: Send a test notification to evaluate how your notification will appear on the device. Users can initiate test notifications from Notification settings.
  • Theme support: Select your preferred app theme, such as dark, light, or sync with the system theme.
  • Time zone changes: Choose your preferred time zone based on your requirements from the settings.
  • Enhanced monitor details: View enhanced type-specific reports and metrics for all monitor types and statuses, ensuring comprehensive insights and a streamlined monitoring experience.
  • Quick access shortcuts: Access your alarm by creating a shortcut from the Alarms list actions by long pressing.
  • Service status: View the service status for the domain of the accounts signed in the app using the More Android More Settings icon.
  • 1x1 Widget (Android): Position the smallest widget size, which can be placed anywhere on the screen. This feature is applicable only to Android devices.
